Last updated: May 22, 2026. These Terms explain the rules for using nyr, including peer-to-peer posts, local offers, chats, bookings, rides, rentals, sales, gigs, events, communities, and nyr Business. By using nyr, you agree to these Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, child safety standards, and any category rules shown in the app.
01
Accounts and eligibility
- Use accurate account, phone, profile, business, payment, and location information where required.
- Keep your PIN, device, and account access private.
- Do not impersonate another person, business, institution, or public authority.
- You are responsible for activity from your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
02
Peer-to-peer and marketplace activity
- Post only real requests, offers, listings, rides, rentals, sales, gigs, and services you can lawfully provide or request.
- Describe price, condition, availability, timing, cancellation expectations, and risks clearly.
- nyr may facilitate discovery, chat, booking, payment, or status updates, but users remain responsible for their own commitments.
- Do not use nyr for prohibited items, unsafe services, regulated goods without authorization, scams, or misleading listings.
03
Content and conduct
- No harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, child safety violations, doxxing, stalking, spam, fraud, or abuse.
- No counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, adult sexual services, or content that violates law or platform rules.
- Respect privacy. Do not share another person's phone, address, photos, chats, location, or identity documents without permission.
- Use report, block, and feedback tools when content or behavior appears unsafe or abusive.
04
Business use and enforcement
- nyr Business users must represent a real business and keep claims, offers, ads, prices, and availability accurate.
- We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report unlawful conduct when needed.
- Account deletion is available in the app and through the public delete-account page, subject to limited legal and safety retention.
- Questions about privacy, deletion, safety, moderation, or disputes can be sent through support.
05
Payments, bookings, and disputes
- Payment, booking, refund, and cancellation rules may vary by category and region.
- Users must not move transactions off-platform to avoid safety, payment, or dispute protections where the app requires in-app handling.
- Chargebacks, failed payments, fraud, or repeated disputes may lead to account limits.
06
No emergency guarantee
- Trusted contact alerts, notifications, chat, and location features are not emergency services.
- If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- Notifications, network availability, location accuracy, and third-party services may fail or be delayed.
