Child safety standards and CSAE policy
nyr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
What is prohibited on nyr
Content
- Any CSAM or sexualized imagery involving a minor.
- Requests, offers, chats, or uploads that sexualize, exploit, or endanger children.
- Content that facilitates trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of a child.
Behavior
- Grooming, sextortion, or predatory contact with a minor.
- Attempts to solicit sexual content from or involving a child.
- Using nyr to organize, promote, or enable child exploitation.
How nyr responds
1. Review
We review reports, preserve relevant evidence as needed, and prioritize potential child safety risks.
2. Enforce
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these standards.
3. Report
Where required by law, we report confirmed CSAM or related child exploitation matters to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority.
