Delete your nyr account.
This page explains how to delete your nyr account, what happens to your requests, chats, trusted circles and any linked business access, and what may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or safety reasons.
What happens when you delete
How to delete
Delete your account from the app
If you can still sign in to nyr, use the in-app deletion flow. This is the fastest way to remove your account.
-
1
Open the nyr app and sign in. Use the account you want to remove.
-
2
Go to account settings. Open Settings, go to Account, then choose Delete account. The app may ask you to verify your account email before final deletion.
-
3
Review the deletion notice and confirm. Read what happens to requests, chats, circles and any linked business access, then confirm the deletion request.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, use nyr support and request account deletion from the verified support flow. Do not send passwords or PINs by email.
Start from the support page and follow the support path available for privacy or account issues.
For account security, you may be asked to confirm ownership of the account before deletion is processed.
Requests are handled within applicable legal and operational timelines. Some retention may apply where required.
If your account is tied to a verified business presence, contact support before deletion so active business access, chats or campaigns can be reviewed or reassigned where needed.

What is removed
- Your profile information and app access.
- Your personal settings and active preferences.
- Your connection associations tied to the deleted account.
- Your account-linked requests, replies, saved context and direct chat access that no longer need to remain active.
- Linked business access and related admin controls tied only to the deleted account, unless retention or reassignment is required.
- Other account-linked data that is no longer required for legal or safety purposes.
