Last updated: May 22, 2026. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to the nyr mobile app, website links, and related services provided by Gigasys Technologies Inc. By installing, accessing, or using nyr, you agree to this EULA, the Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any category-specific rules shown in the app.
1. Limited app license
Gigasys Technologies Inc. grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use nyr on devices you own or control, only for lawful personal, local community, or approved business use. You do not own the app, code, designs, trademarks, or platform systems.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the phone number, PIN, device, profile information, posts, chats, bookings, offers, and business actions tied to your account. Use accurate information, keep login credentials private, and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Peer-to-peer activity
nyr helps people discover nearby requests, offers, services, rides, rentals, sales, events, gigs, and local business content. Users and businesses remain responsible for what they post, promise, sell, buy, rent, deliver, or arrange. nyr is not a party to every peer-to-peer arrangement unless expressly stated.
4. User-generated content
You retain responsibility for content you submit, including posts, images, messages, reports, reviews, listings, and business content. You grant nyr the rights needed to host, display, moderate, translate, format, and distribute that content within the app and related services.
5. Prohibited use
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, CSAM, grooming, doxxing, stalking, spam, scams, impersonation, counterfeit goods, illegal items, or unsafe services.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, automated account creation, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass trust, location, payment, reporting, or moderation controls.
- No misleading business offers, false urgency, bait-and-switch listings, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules.
6. Safety and moderation
nyr may review, remove, limit, hide, demote, suspend, or preserve content and accounts when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, child safety, platform integrity, or policy enforcement. Reports may be reviewed by automated systems and trained reviewers.
7. Privacy and account deletion
Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion in the app or through the public delete-account page. Some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, tax, payment, or business compliance.
8. Third-party services
nyr may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, notifications, maps, payments, image storage, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and app distribution. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of App Store or Google Play is also governed by the applicable store terms.
9. No emergency guarantee
nyr may include trusted-contact, location, chat, or notification features, but the app is not an emergency service, public safety answering point, police service, ambulance service, or disaster-response system. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
10. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded nyr from Apple, Apple is not responsible for the app, support, warranties, claims, investigations, intellectual-property claims, or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you where applicable.
11. Disclaimers and limits
nyr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, availability of any user, business, listing, payment method, notification, or outcome from a peer-to-peer interaction.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this EULA as the app, law, or store requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where required, in-app notice. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
