What you can report

  • Spam, harassment, impersonation.
  • Policy, safety, or IP violations in posts, listings, messages, or profiles.
  • Offers or promotions that break audience, consent, or category rules.

Reports are routed to Trust & Safety; urgent safety and child safety issues are prioritized.

How to report

  • Use the in-app report on the card/profile in question.
  • Add a short description and expected action.
  • Attach only necessary proof; exclude outsiders.

What happens next

  • We review the reported content, account context, and applicable local rules.
  • Actions may include warnings, limits, or removal.
  • We comply with local rules when stricter.

Appeals & support

  • Appeal decisions through in-app support.
  • Regional channels offered where required.
  • We do not reveal reporters to reported parties unless required by law or safety/legal process.
